Mashups, auch Bastard Pop genannt, sind Mixe, bei denen mehrere Songs in einen neuen gemischt werden. Es gibt bisweilen die interessantesten Mischungen z.B. aus Hip-Hop und Volksmusik oder Metal und 80 New-Wave Musik. Meist wird die Musik eines Tracks mit dem Gesang eines anderen Titels kombiniert.
Ich möchte euch hier nun eine Zusammenstellung meiner Meinung nach guter Mashups bieten. Da die Legalität dieser Mixe nicht ganz klar ist verlinke ich hier nur auf die MP3’s die von den Künstlern auf ihren eigenen Servern hochgeladen wurden.
